Giclee or "Giclée" editions are, according to Wikipedia, "prints using fade-resistant, archival inks and inkjet printing processes to create professionally produced inkjet prints."
Please keep in mind that computer screens vary, so the colors you see on your monitor may not truly reflect the colors of the printed item, and, of course, prices correlate to the size of the print.
